WHAT IS RETURN POLICY?
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. (no
distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- You will be responsible for the cost of your return.
- Products purchased from Alpha Wolf sales event are not refundable.
- Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
- Please send us the following info:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
Photos that show:
1. The fault as clearly as possible
2. Full-length photo of the item
3. The Alpha Wolf logo & label
- You will be instructed to proceed return by a member of our support team only when inspection progress is done.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You have up to 14 days to start your return from the date your Alpha Wolf order is delivered. Check out the information below to ensure a smooth return process.
FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following details:
- Order number
- Email address
- Postal (Zip) code
- Listed item(s) you are returning with reason why
- Method you’ll be returning your order
- Attached the “Return” indication on the parcel
- Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package. This will slow down the return process.
- Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.
- Please don’t return any damaged goods unless you’re told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.
